Totally Enclosed Free Fall Lifeboat designed and manufactured according to latest SOLAS Classification Society and National Authority requirements.
The lifeboat provides a secure and protected means of escape for persons onboard vessels or platforms. The lifeboat is for skid launch by a specific davit. Design and construction fulfill the need for reliable, low maintenance standby and operation.
The GES 50 free fall lifeboat is designed for launch from a hydraulic ramp. This ensures that the boat enters the water a safe distance from the installation, with significant forward motion.
Boarding is through an aft door, with easy access to the seats on either side of the central aisle.
All equipment is designed to ensure the lowest possible emission of sound and to provide good access for service and maintenance.
