Norsafe and North Safe do Brasil (Norsafe’s serviceprovider in Brasil) held a safety seminar for Petrobras in Rio de Janeiro, 27th October 2009 at the Othon Place Hotel, Copacabana.

More than 80 people attended the seminar. The feedback was very positive and good information was transferred in both directions.

During the seminar Norsafe received an order for a new 615 Merlin FRC with a NDC-40 davits for the P23 Platform. Area Sales Manager, Mr Jan Erik Kilen says that Norsafe have now delivered more than 25 rescue boats to Petrobras and more than 110 Norsafe lifeboats are now being operated in Brazilian waters.
Latest order was lifeboats for the new P55 Platform.
